We made it through and now it's time to pick up the pieces. As they say, " A picture is worth 1000 words so hear is part of what happened in 2010.

I LOST 88 LBS!

This is about the Happiest News I have to report and the weight loss is still going on! Let me know if you want to attend my 100 lbs. lost party. Probably sometime in Feb/March. I took a course in nutrition this year and on 12/28/10 I received my certification as a Nutrition Consultant. I am available for nutrition consultations if you are interested in losing weight, improving your diet, having more energy and feeling better. I truly believe you are what you eat and that most of us are running on empty, nutritionally. If you're considering starting an exercise program for 2011, I have 2 recommendations:
1. take yoga classes: I took classes with Cary at Prairielands Chiropractic in the Omni Center
in downtown Council Bluffs. You can check it out at www.prairielandschiropractic.com.
2. take Jazzercise: I'm taking these now and it's really fun! The instructors : Jessie and Ashley are super and Janon, the owner is great!
Exercise classes are a great investment in your health care!
